Objectives:

  • Implement a series of new features and enhancements as directly requested by clients, who are among the UK’s leading suppliers of engineering, manufacturing and technical services.
  • Ensure software developed matched requirements and satisfied the Customers. Worked with Business Analysts to clarify requirements and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure retainment of high value customers by adding requested features.
  • Strengthen the company’s position within the Field Service Management area.
